Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our corporate and institutional sales in Uganda. The role focuses on building and maintaining long‑term relationships with large‑scale clients across retail, fashion and FMCG sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and institutional accounts, ensuring high‑level client satisfaction.
• Drive B2B sales by pitching bulk procurement solutions to corporate offices, real‑estate developments and hotels.
• Prepare custom quotations, pricing matrices, volume discounts and tender applications tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with logistics and installation teams to guarantee seamless delivery and setup.
• Conduct regular business reviews to retain accounts and secure repeat contracts.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to identify new B2B opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales.
• Senior‑level professional with a proven track record of managing large corporate accounts.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
