Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant ensures a safe, clean, and engaging environment for children aged 6 months to 13 years at the CBRC Kids Club. Working part‑time shifts, you will provide attentive care while delivering excellent customer service to families.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all children in the Kids Club at all times.
• Engage actively with children and parents, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Enforce club policies and safety rules consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club area and equipment.
• Monitor the environment to ensure child safety and respond to emergencies according to the Emergency Action Plan.
• Greet children and parents upon arrival and departure.
• Collaborate professionally with co‑workers.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 2‑3 years of childcare experience (preferred).
• Infant and Child First Aid and CPR certification (must obtain).
• Ability to safely lift and hold children and lift up to 25 lb.
• Strong verbal and written communication with adults.
• Commitment to customer service and the values of character, competence, commitment, and connections.
