Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Kids’ Club Attendants provide quality care for the children of CBRC members and guests, ranging in age from 6 months through 13 years. This is an active, hands‑on position. Attendants supervise and engage with children, welcome families, maintain a clean and organized environment, and make safety a priority at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and responsible supervision of children while they are in the Kids’ Club.
• Create a safe, welcoming, positive, and fun environment for children of varying ages.
• Actively engage with children through age‑appropriate play and activities.
• Greet children and parents warmly as they arrive and leave the Kids’ Club.
• Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally with parents and guardians.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and inviting Kids’ Club environment.
• Set up and put away toys, activities, and play equipment as needed.
• Be familiar with CBRC Emergency Action Plans and respond appropriately in an emergency.
• Communicate concerns or important information regarding children to the appropriate parent, guardian, or supervisor.
• Work cooperatively and professionally with fellow Kids’ Club attendants and other CBRC team members.

Required profile

• Attentive and responsible while being warm, patient, and playful.
• Comfortable interacting with children of different ages and developmental stages.
• Strong commitment to safety, dependability, and excellent customer service.

Required skills

• First Aid certification
• CPR certification
