Lead 3 Year Old Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Lead 3 Year Old Teacher to join our dedicated early‑childhood team. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for three‑year‑old learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence Education philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Lead daily classroom operations, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of all children, including those with IEPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of accidents, incidents, and behavior reports.
• Communicate regularly with families, staff, and leadership using Cadence‑required tools.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional‑development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Ability to implement IEPs and behavioral support plans.
• Strong commitment to inclusive, respectful classroom culture.
• Knowledge of early‑childhood development best practices.
