Lead Infant Teacher – Early Childhood Education

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Lead Infant Teacher to create a nurturing, joyful environment for our youngest learners. You will guide a team of teachers, develop age‑appropriate curriculum, and build strong connections with families.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of a safe, engaging space for infants, celebrating milestones.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to design and implement a curriculum tailored to infant development.
• Provide daily updates to parents, sharing meaningful moments and progress.
• Facilitate play that promotes curiosity, language development, and motor skills.
• Plan a balanced daily schedule that includes quiet snuggles, active exploration, and skill‑building activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Proven experience as an infant or preschool lead teacher.
• Flexible availability during business hours.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience (required).
• Classroom management abilities (preferred).
