Learning & Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning & Development Manager to lead our remote employee growth initiatives. In this fully remote position you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning across our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level leaders and department heads to identify skill gaps and align L&D programs with business goals.
• Develop engaging curriculum, including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops, and micro‑learning content for a distributed team.
• Own and continuously improve the remote onboarding experience for new hires worldwide.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses are accessible, intuitive, and properly tracked.
• Forecast, monitor, and optimize the annual L&D budget; negotiate with external training vendors.
• Analyze training metrics, conduct skills audits, and measure ROI, using learner feedback to refine offerings.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to create leadership development and career‑pathing frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of L&D experience, with at least 2 years in a remote or distributed environment.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, blended learning, and instructional design.
• Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.
