Marketing Manager (Hotel)

About the role

The Marketing Manager will join the hotel’s Sales & Marketing team to develop and execute property‑level communications that enhance the brand image and drive revenue. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the role balances traditional, digital and social media activities to promote food & beverage offers and attract both guests and local patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in collaboration with the GM, F&B, Operations and Sales leaders.
• Design and launch targeted campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels to increase guest awareness and market share.
• Coordinate with the advertising agency on creative and media plans, especially for F&B promotions.
• Manage media schedules, monitor budgets and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
• Partner with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to align local digital efforts with corporate strategy.
• Produce graphic assets, support public relations activities and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field, plus 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales‑focused marketing initiatives and measure their impact.
