Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will lead the planning, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, customer engagement and sales within the smartphone sector. The role emphasizes digital marketing, market research and brand management to support business growth through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing activities and maintain social media platforms.
• Plan and execute product launches and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.
• Strengthen brand visibility and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Support sales teams with marketing collateral and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce regular marketing reports.
• Lead customer engagement and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Commerce or related field, or 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience, preferably in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, social media management and campaign execution.
• Strong knowledge of market research, branding and consumer trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical abilities.
