About the role
Bbrood Uganda, a premium artisanal bakery and café chain, is modernising its customer experience across four branches and preparing for expansion. We are seeking a high‑energy Operations Manager to lead our retail team, uphold strict quality standards, and help scale our footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Manage performance and KPI tracking, including data‑driven coaching, action planning and regular training sessions.
- Conduct training audits and foster a culture of commitment and continuous improvement.
- Ensure visual consistency, product quality in shops, and compliance with branch standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in multi‑unit management within hospitality, retail or food & beverage.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Catering, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
- Ability to travel locally and visit 2‑3 branches per day.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate teams and build a committed culture.
- Analytical mindset to interpret and manage store KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal communication to coach supervisors and report to owners.
