About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced, mature, and highly adaptable Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate business operations at its Tororo location.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant management or operational experience, preferably in trading, manufacturing, logistics, import/export, or a related industry.
- Preference may be given to a Ugandan citizen familiar with Asian business culture and management practices.
Required skills
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly flexible, hands‑on, and adaptable, with willingness to work extensively from any allocated region.
