Paid Media Manager

About the role

The Paid Media Manager will design and execute paid media strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for a mobile telecommunications business. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic networks, and affiliate channels.
• Serve as the primary liaison for third‑party digital agencies, providing direction, reviewing performance, and conducting quarterly business reviews.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, creative assets, and A/B testing.
• Analyse campaign data, generate insights, and produce detailed performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Manage the paid media budget, track spend, and adjust allocations to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer insights teams to ensure media tactics support broader business goals.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high‑performance, collaborative environment.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in paid media management, including at least 2 years managing external agencies.
• Strong knowledge of the mobile telecommunications sector and consumer digital behaviour.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale paid media campaigns that meet KPI targets.
