About the role

Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic part‑time Teacher Assistant (Floater) to support our early‑learning classrooms. You will work alongside certified teachers to create a safe, nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn, and thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering age‑appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom setting.
• Document and share children’s milestones with families.
• Model kindness, social skills, and positive behavior.
• Contribute ideas for daily schedules that balance quiet time, active play, and indoor/outdoor learning.

Required profile

• Meets all state preschool teacher‑assistant qualifications.
• Flexible availability to work within business hours.
• Preferred experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare setting.
