About the role
Cadence Education is seeking an enthusiastic part‑time Teacher Assistant (Floater) to support our early‑learning classrooms. You will work alongside certified teachers to create a safe, nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn, and thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering age‑appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom setting.
- Document and share children’s milestones with families.
- Model kindness, social skills, and positive behavior.
- Contribute ideas for daily schedules that balance quiet time, active play, and indoor/outdoor learning.
Required profile
- Meets all state preschool teacher‑assistant qualifications.
- Flexible availability to work within business hours.
- Preferred experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare setting.
