Physics and Mathematics Teacher

About the role

The Physics and Mathematics Teacher will deliver high‑quality instruction in both subjects at Lead 4 Africa School Uganda Limited, supporting students’ academic, spiritual and personal growth within a Christian environment.

Key responsibilities

• Model Christian values and participate in worship programmes, devotions and spiritual formation activities.
• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, practical activities and instructional materials aligned with the school curriculum.
• Deliver learner‑centred lessons that encourage critical thinking, problem‑solving and scientific inquiry.
• Design, administer, mark and moderate assessments, providing timely feedback.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps and implement remedial support.
• Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to co‑curricular activities.
• Foster a safe, disciplined and inclusive classroom environment.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with at least 24 months of relevant teaching experience.
• Commitment to Christian faith and ability to serve as a spiritual mentor.
• Professional integrity, accountability and a collaborative attitude.
