PreK Teacher

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate PreK Teacher to join its early‑childhood team. Working under the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will help create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children can explore, learn, and develop confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily classroom operations and maintain consistent routines.
• Implement Cadence’s research‑based curriculum and Signature Programs.
• Provide individualized attention, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence‑approved tools.
• Document and report accidents, incidents, and behavior incidents according to policy.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
• Ability to foster an inclusive environment that respects each child’s dignity.
• Comfort working with children who have diverse developmental and behavioral needs.
• Commitment to safety, licensing compliance, and Cadence policies.
