About the role

Cadence Education is seeking an inspiring Preschool Director to lead a vibrant early‑learning community. You will oversee a team of educators, ensure a safe and joyful environment, and drive the school’s academic and enrollment success.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, nurturing preschool environment that supports each child’s growth.
• Implement and monitor a high‑quality curriculum that meets or exceeds state and national standards.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and children to foster a close‑knit community.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 20–40 educators, providing training and professional‑development plans.
• Achieve financial and enrollment targets while prioritising quality of care.
• Represent the school at marketing events and community outreach activities.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, sanitation, and all relevant federal and state regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to sustain a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in an early‑childhood setting with multiple classrooms.
• Meets state licensing standards for a director, including background screening and fingerprinting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience) with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, enrollment goals, and regulatory compliance.
