Cadence Education is seeking an inspiring Preschool Director to lead a vibrant team of educators and create a safe, joyful learning environment for young children. This full‑time leadership position offers the chance to shape curriculum, drive enrollment, and champion community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, nurturing preschool environment that supports each child’s growth and curiosity.
• Oversee implementation of the curriculum, ensuring compliance with national and state standards.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and children to foster a tight‑knit community.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 20–40 educators, providing training and professional development.
• Achieve financial and enrollment targets while prioritizing quality of care.
• Represent the school at marketing events and community outreach activities.
• Ensure full compliance with licensing, safety, sanitation, and all relevant regulations.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to sustain a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in an early‑childhood facility with multiple classrooms.
• Meets state licensing standards for a director, including background screening and fingerprinting.
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 1 year supervisory experience and 6 months group‑childcare experience, OR a B.S. in Early Childhood Education with 1 year supervisory and 2 years group‑childcare experience, OR an Associate’s degree with relevant experience.
