Cadence Education is seeking an inspiring Preschool Director to lead a vibrant early‑learning community. You will oversee a team of educators, ensure a safe and joyful environment, and drive the school’s curriculum to exceed state and national standards.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a safe, nurturing preschool atmosphere that supports each child’s curiosity and growth.
• Oversee implementation of the curriculum, ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and children to foster a tight‑knit community.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 20–40 educators, creating training and growth plans.
• Achieve financial and enrollment targets while maintaining high quality of care.
• Represent the school at marketing events and community outreach activities.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to sustain a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in an early‑childhood setting with multiple classrooms.
• Meets state licensing standards for a director, including background screening and fingerprinting.
• Bachelor’s degree (or associate degree) in Early Childhood Education or related field, plus supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, enrollment goals, and compliance requirements.
