Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Reporting to the School Director, you will lead classroom operations, deliver curriculum, and support each child's physical, social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Cadence educational philosophy.
• Maintain a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels respected and cared for.
• Communicate daily with families, provide updates, and collaborate on individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety standards, and Cadence policies.
• Document accidents, incidents, and behavioral escalations according to company and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Ability to recognize and respond to diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs.
• Strong commitment to professionalism, safety, and partnership with families.
