Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team of early childhood educators. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence Education philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Lead daily classroom operations, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.
• Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development, including implementation of IEPs and behavior plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, accidents, and student progress.
• Communicate regularly with families using Cadence‑required tools and maintain professional relationships.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and licensing requirements.
• Strong commitment to inclusive, respectful, and child‑centered teaching.

Required skills

• Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Familiarity with Cadence Education curriculum and documentation systems.
