Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team of early‑childhood educators. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence Education philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Lead daily classroom operations, ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and supervision standards.
• Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs, including implementation of IEPs and behavior plans.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with families, staff, and leadership using Cadence‑required tools.
• Document accidents, incidents, and behavioral escalations in accordance with policy.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development, occasionally outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and licensing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with children, families, and team members.
