Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Reporting to the School Director, you will lead a classroom, plan curriculum, and support each child's physical, social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a curriculum aligned with Cadence Education philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Maintain a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels respected and valued.
• Implement and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and supervision standards at all times.
• Document accidents, incidents, and behavior reports according to company policy.
• Communicate regularly with families using Cadence‑required systems and tools.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and licensing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Commitment to professional growth and collaborative teamwork.
