Preschool Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join its classroom team. You will work under the guidance of the School Director and Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily classroom operations and maintain consistent routines.
• Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Greet children and families, building welcoming professional relationships.
• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans as directed.
• Document and report accidents, incidents, and behavior observations according to policy.
• Communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence‑approved tools.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
• Ability to support children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Commitment to safety, licensing compliance, and inclusive classroom practices.

Required skills

• Implementation of IEPs and behavioral support plans.
