Preschool Teacher (Full-Time)

About the role

Cadence Academy Preschool is hiring immediately for a full‑time Preschool Teacher. You will bring your love of children and experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education to a supportive, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a positive, developmentally appropriate learning environment for all children.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to deliver an engaging curriculum.
• Observe and respect each child’s interests while ensuring safety.
• Enhance play experiences with language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage appropriate social behavior.

Required profile

• Flexible and willing to work within business hours.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a preschool teacher or in a licensed daycare.
• High School diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a college degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
