Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer at Curely AI you will shape the user experience of clinical dashboards that clinicians rely on for real‑time patient care decisions. Working at the intersection of complex medical data and high‑pressure workflows, you will create intuitive interfaces that directly impact patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design process for clinical dashboard and workflow features, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping and visual design.
• Conduct user research with clinicians, care coordinators and health‑system executives to uncover needs and validate concepts.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and component library.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ship high‑quality features.
• Facilitate design critiques and promote a culture of design rigor across the team.
• Define and measure design KPIs such as task completion, error rates and clinician NPS.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of complex B2B or data‑heavy interfaces.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Solid user‑research methodology experience, including qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Proven ability to communicate design decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Track record of shipping high‑quality production interfaces in fast‑moving product organizations.
