Product Strategist – Uganda (Internal)

About the role
Educate! is a youth employment organization operating across East Africa. As a Product Strategist you will own a product or priority feature end‑to‑end, shaping its strategy, learning agenda, design quality and leading the team that delivers it.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy for the assigned product or feature.
- Establish and manage a learning agenda to measure impact and inform iteration.
- Ensure high design quality and a user‑centered experience.
- Lead a cross‑functional team to deliver product milestones on schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania.
- Contribute to the Educate! Experience product, which serves 36,000 youth annually.
