Production/Process Manager – Grain-Based Distillery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production/Process Manager to lead operations at our grain‑based distillery. The role ensures efficient, safe, and high‑quality alcohol production while complying with industry standards and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily ENA and RS production, overseeing fermentation, milling, liquefaction, and distillation processes.
• Implement and improve process control systems to boost efficiency and yield.
• Monitor wash preparation and handling to maintain consistency and quality.
• Maintain strict quality, safety, and environmental compliance, coordinating with QC teams.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff, fostering continuous improvement.
• Prepare production reports, logs, and analyze data to identify trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in a grain‑based distillery or similar industry.
• Deep knowledge of ENA, RS, DDGS production processes.
• Hands‑on experience with fermentation, milling, liquefaction, and distillation.
• Familiarity with plant automation and process control systems.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
