Project Finance Officer – INCLUDE Project

About the role
SNV is seeking a Project Finance Officer to join the INCLUDE livestock project in Uganda. The role will support the project’s financial management, ensuring effective budgeting, planning and donor reporting across the targeted sub‑regions of Busoga, Rwenzori and Kigezi.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring and updating of project budgets.
- Conduct financial planning and analysis to support project decision‑making.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to donors in line with contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with project staff to ensure financial compliance and transparency.
Required profile
- Experience in budget management, financial planning and analysis.
- Familiarity with donor reporting procedures.
- Ability to work within a development project context focused on smallholder livestock farmers.
