Project Manager – NGO Projects

About the role

Societyy Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead NGO initiatives from planning through delivery. You will ensure projects meet donor requirements, stay on schedule, and remain within budget while coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, implementation, and reporting activities.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for donor‑funded projects.
• Coordinate project teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with donor and organizational policies.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably with donor‑funded programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven budgeting and reporting expertise.
• Professional project management certification is a plus.
