Regional Enrichment Specialist

About the role

Cadence Education is looking for a vibrant Regional Enrichment Specialist to create a fun, nurturing environment for young learners across multiple sites. You will lead enrichment activities such as Soccer and Kid's Cafe, while fostering a safe and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a warm, positive classroom where children feel safe to explore and learn.
• Facilitate and oversee enrichment programs, including Soccer and Kid's Cafe.
• Manage enrichment activities across multiple regional sites.
• Communicate daily milestones to parents, turning small moments into memorable experiences.
• Model kindness and social behaviors that support children’s development.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and meets all state preschool teacher‑assistant requirements.
• High flexibility and willingness to work within business hours.
• Preferred experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare setting.
