Remote 3D Modeler – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail‑oriented Remote 3D Modeler to join our globally distributed team. You will transform 2D concepts and specifications into high‑quality 3D assets, supporting a variety of digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build high‑quality 3D models (organic and hard‑surface) from concept art, sketches, and reference material.
• Create realistic or stylized textures, UV maps, materials, and lighting to enhance visual appeal.
• Optimize models by reducing polygon counts while maintaining aesthetic quality for real‑time performance.
• Collaborate with design, animation, and engineering teams via Slack, Zoom, and project‑management tools.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and maintain organized asset versioning on cloud servers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new software, and modern rendering techniques.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedule, and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• Exceptional eye for form, scale, color, proportion, and spatial relationships.
