About the role
The Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Manager will lead the development and implementation of SHEQ strategies, ensuring ISO compliance, conducting audits and managing risks across our manufacturing and construction operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the overall SHEQ strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain ISO compliance and lead internal and external audits.
- Identify, assess and mitigate health, safety, environmental and quality risks.
- Oversee continuous improvement initiatives in SHEQ processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in OHS, Environmental Science, Engineering or Quality Management (Master's preferred).
- 8–10 years of SHEQ experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in manufacturing and/or construction environments.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive compliance initiatives.
