About the role
The Sales Agent role is a full-time, on‑site position based in Kampala. You will identify and approach potential customers, present insurance products, and follow up on leads to close sales.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers and conduct client meetings.
- Present product benefits, pricing and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and support clients with insurance‑related information.
- Participate in training sessions and collaborate with team members to meet targets.
- Contribute to promotional activities and provide market feedback.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Demonstrated sales skills including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts.
- Ability to work onsite in Kampala with reliability and punctuality.
- Relevant experience in sales, customer service or insurance; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field is beneficial.
