About the role

The Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its Sales and Marketing department. Reporting to the Insurance Agency Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business through consultative selling and targeted marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate leads using consultative sales techniques.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with agency objectives.
Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

Strong communication and business planning abilities.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
