About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive position is based in Kampala and focuses on acquiring new insurance clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for the insurance agency.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and conduct client presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Continuously update and analyze sales data to drive growth.
Required profile
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
