Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales Marketing Executive will work full‑time on‑site at our insurance agency in Kampala. You will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our range of insurance services to both prospective and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with creative and account teams to support marketing campaigns.
• Track sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to management.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking functions to represent the agency.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and research abilities with data‑analysis capability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Solid understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing concepts.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Prior experience in an advertising or marketing agency is a plus.
