Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be the front‑line representative of Ramcogas, driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships across Entebbe and surrounding areas. Working primarily in the field, you will combine prospecting, direct marketing and customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through business directories, social media, and client referrals.
• Develop and execute sales action plans, schedules and promotional activities.
• Maintain a comprehensive customer database and update sales materials.
• Conduct direct marketing activities and corporate purchase programs.
• Make sales calls, deliver presentations, negotiate proposals and prepare contracts.
• Record sales activities, produce reports and monitor competitor and market trends.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow‑up on all enquiries.

Required profile

• Educated to a Decree level with solid knowledge of basic business principles.
• At least one month of proven sales experience, including presentations and target achievement.
• Strong planning, persuasiveness, adaptability and resilience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
