About the role

The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting agency services to prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The Sales Marketing Executive will contribute to developing sales and marketing plans, support the creation and execution of campaigns, and coordinate closely with the creative and strategy teams to align client needs with agency offerings.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market outreach to generate leads.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Track sales performance and monitor key metrics.
  • Provide regular reports on activity and results.

Required profile

  • Experience in market planning, marketing and market research.
  • Strong communication and sales skills for prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple projects.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

Required skills

  • Email software proficiency.
  • Presentation software proficiency.
  • Spreadsheet software proficiency.
