Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for confident and persuasive individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Officers. You will be responsible for promoting Tricsoft Technologies' software solutions, engaging potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market Tricsoft Technologies' software products and services.
• Identify and engage potential clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Confident speaking to individuals and groups; not camera shy.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
• Must be living in Kampala or willing to relocate there.
