About the role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our insurance agency. The role focuses on using consultative sales methods and marketing strategies to generate new business and close sales under the guidance of the Insurance Agency Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and assess their insurance needs.
- Apply consultative sales techniques to present suitable insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote agency services.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to align activities with business goals.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Marketing knowledge and business planning skills.
