About the role
The Insurance Agency is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to work on-site in Kampala. You will build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities and help drive revenue growth for the agency’s insurance products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Track, analyse and report on sales metrics to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with client needs.
- Identify market trends and adjust approaches accordingly.
Required profile
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in business development, prospecting and closing sales (previous sales or client-management experience is desirable).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel).
- Experience using CRM software for managing leads and customer data.
