Sales Representative – Simu

About the role

The Sales Representative – Simu will promote Watu Credit’s Simu products through a network of dealers, ensuring accurate information and smooth operations. This role focuses on expanding dealer coverage, driving credit conversions, and maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Check offline rates and unpaid metrics for the planned route.
• Contact underperforming dealers to develop improvement plans and ensure alignment.
• Educate dealers on Watu Simu products, services, and processes, including terms and benefits.
• Conduct daily FO retraining sessions on software updates, onboarding, installment plans, and loan details.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with dealers and DSRs to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide ongoing operational support to dealers and FOs, ensuring route compliance and resolving field issues.
• Submit daily reports on activities, routes visited, sales made, and any encountered issues.
• Expand store coverage by adding new local dealerships each month.
• Provide continuous market feedback on trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Drive conversion of cash customers to credit through dealerships to boost revenue.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, avoiding stock sales to dealers and poaching of FOs.
