Senior Manager, Real Estate Technology & IT Construction

About the role

Ocvibe is looking for a Senior Manager to lead technology infrastructure across its real‑estate development and construction projects. You will act as the primary technology liaison between IT, development, operations, architects, engineers, contractors and vendors, ensuring seamless integration from design through to operational turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver technology scope for design, construction, commissioning, close‑out and hand‑over.
• Maintain Ocvibe technology standards, Basis of Design documentation and design criteria.
• Translate business and operational requirements into coordinated construction designs.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality and documentation.
• Collaborate with development, property management, architects, engineers, general contractors and technology vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology management within real‑estate or construction environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong understanding of mixed‑use development objectives and technology integration.

Required skills

• Technology infrastructure planning and implementation.
• Project management and coordination across design, construction and commissioning phases.
• Knowledge of IT standards, Basis of Design documentation and design criteria.
