Shopper Manager for Tusker and Bell Brands

About the role

Lead the development and execution of in‑store/bar shopper marketing programmes for the Tusker and Bell categories, creating insight‑driven initiatives that drive category and brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own shopper marketing programmes from brief to final toolkit, ensuring commercial viability and scalable execution across multiple channels.
• Manage the in‑outlet programme creation budget, allocate spend responsibly and measure impact.
• Support field execution, lead final measurement and evaluation, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with BTL agencies and key UBL customers to deliver differentiated shopper solutions.
• Collaborate with channel development and innovation teams to align programmes with trade strategy and new product launches.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
• Proven track record in marketing and/or sales with strong creative judgement and commercial understanding.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills across a broad organisational network.
• Experience working with key retail or on‑trade customers and managing agency relationships.
