Social Media Manager

About the role

Luba Properties is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its marketing team in Kawempe. The role is hybrid, allowing a mix of office presence and remote work. You will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content that showcases the company’s real‑estate services and property listings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content across major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and online conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
• Analyse performance metrics using social media analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social campaigns with broader marketing and sales objectives.
• Coordinate basic visual assets and support digital advertising initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in real‑estate marketing and social media best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in managing social media accounts, content planning and community engagement.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, compelling captions and posts.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and balance onsite and remote tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with a client‑centered approach.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with simple content creation tools such as Canva.
• Experience using social media analytics tools for basic data interpretation.
