Social Media Manager

About the role

Veyndii Credit Limited is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to shape and execute its social media presence. The role will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community growth across key digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate campaign timelines.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
• Craft compelling captions, graphics, and video assets.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other platforms.
• Track performance metrics, generate weekly and monthly reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and management to support lead generation and brand initiatives.
• Grow online communities and enhance audience engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for businesses or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
• Strong grasp of social media analytics and reporting.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Photography, videography and video‑editing skills are a plus.
