Software Engineer – Web, Mobile & IoT Solutions

About the role

The Software Engineer will design, develop, test and maintain applications that power Tutaasa Technologies’ GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, IoT and asset management platforms. You will work on both web and mobile solutions, creating APIs and dashboards that enable customers to manage their fleets efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain APIs for integration with GPS tracking and IoT platforms.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for fleet management systems.
• Develop customer portals and internal management systems.
• Integrate third‑party services such as payment gateways, SMS platforms and GPS devices.
• Optimize application performance, security and reliability.
• Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support.
• Participate in testing, deployment and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with operations, sales and technical teams to deliver business solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and system reports.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in telematics, IoT, AI and mobility intelligence.
