Space Knowledge & Communications Expert (Contractor)

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The project aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, knowledge exchange and private‑sector engagement. We are seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to lead knowledge management, editorial production, communications, digital knowledge platforms and the dissemination of policy and technical content related to the partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate knowledge assets, ensuring they are accessible and up‑to‑date.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including case studies, policy briefs and visibility content compliant with EU standards.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms to showcase project outcomes.
• Support the dissemination of technical and policy information to stakeholders across Africa and the EU.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content.
• Minimum 1 year of experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content.
• Experience in the space sector or science‑technology‑innovation (STI) is a plus.
