About the role
Renaissance Academy is hiring a Special Education Resource Teacher for the 2026‑2027 school year. The position focuses on delivering instruction and support to students with mild to moderate disabilities across K‑12 and beyond. The role requires an eight‑hour daily commitment and a valid teaching license.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction to students classified with mild or moderate disabilities.
- Deliver a daily schedule of eight hours of special education services.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and resources.
Required profile
- Valid teaching license.
- Special Education endorsement (K‑12+).
- Experience or training in serving mild and moderate disabilities.
