Student Success Coordinator

About the role

The Student Success Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring they receive timely, professional support throughout their educational journey. This role blends customer service, academic guidance, and coordination across multiple departments to enhance student satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via Helpdesk, ManyChat, phone, and other channels.
• Provide one‑on‑one assistance on academic processes, platform navigation, and procedural questions.
• Monitor student engagement and academic progress, flagging at‑risk learners and coordinating interventions.
• Track tuition payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and escalate high‑risk cases to finance.
• Collaborate with academic, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Support virtual orientation sessions, webinars, and community‑building events.
• Guide students to appropriate resources such as knowledge‑base articles, FAQs, advisors, or technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and Helpdesk systems.
• Collect student feedback to improve support quality and platform usability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in student services, academic advising, or customer support.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, dependable, and committed to a positive student experience.
