Summer Camp Staff – Football Programs

About the role

Sports International is looking for enthusiastic staff to support its year‑round football camps, academies and clinics across Uganda. Positions include assistant directors, store staff and interns who will work directly with children aged 7‑18 in a dynamic sports environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering daily camp activities and training sessions.
• Manage camp facilities, equipment and store inventory.
• Supervise and mentor participants, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Support camp directors with administrative tasks and participant registration.
• Collaborate with coaching staff to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Required profile

• Passion for football and working with youth.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during camp periods.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Previous experience in sports camps, coaching, retail or hospitality is a plus.
